Just finished behavioral psych test

then have one more appt. with her to go over results, done with healthpartners phone sessions...then what??? 

 I can hear the surgery schedule clock ticking already.

Call your surgeon's office to see if anything is missing. If it's not, then once the psych tests come in they should be all set to get your approval from HP and you're good to go!

Yes I second the call the DR office. She is good and will tell you if any small papers are required....
