Lathargic /Tired /NO Energy.....SMAR****ER!!!!!!
Surgery date: 12.15.2010 ...I just couldn't get over how tired I have been. I know it has only been a month (this week) But, I was at least expecting to have some energy return. But, it never came back. Oh - the mornings ...it would take me a couple of hours to get up and I only got up to eat ....had little energy for nothing else. I was seriously considering there was something major wrong with me. OH HAPPY DAY. A close friend of mine told me I needed "SMAR****ER" ...NEVER heard of it. I have been drinking it since yesterday....omg!!!!! I can not believe how I am feeling. I was sure (yesterday morning) that I would not be able to go back to work this Monday, and was ready to call my boss with the bad news...."I need another week" But, decided to take my friends advice and got the water at CUB Foods (she actually suggested PINTAwater (also at CUB) But, nearly fainted at the price! ...But she said smar****er would do the same. I can not beging to tell you how great I feel ...I have energy -even my skin fills good (not so dry) I am sure I was not getting enough water (though I was drinking 60+ ounces everyday -faithfully!. I would love to hear from anyone else that had the same experience. I see it in a lot of postings -people feeling lathargic and tired. Maybe it is something as simple as getting water -with electrolytes in it -to getting you to feel better -SOONER.
I love Smar****er because there is literally ZERO taste to it. It is just pure hydration.
Watch for the sales...you can usually pick it up at Target or Cub for a dollar per large bottle.
Glad to hear you found something that works for you because quite frankly, you are keeping hydrated which is one of the biggest issues being fresh out of surgery. Even at 6 weeks post-op, I was getting dehydrated. Glad you are aware of this and kicking hydration booty!!!
