Definitely go to get your vitamin levels checked first and foremost. (you do realize you can get them checked more often than surgeon's requirements, right? just double check your coverage w/ your insurance co. so there are no surprises)
Don't chalk it up to one or the other and start adding a bunch of doses. Could be iron, too. Best to have those lab results first.

I also remember going through those tired, fatigued bouts when my body was adjusting. It would then drop a ton of weight after an "episode". Just do your best to get through each one and be patient with your body as you go.
