I LOVE people, LOVE helping people, LOVE supporting people and really just LOVE hanging out with people....I remember the person I used to be, a HERMIT in my home, not wanting to see people because I was so fat and ashamed of myself....What a difference, I'm am so the opposite now.....
I look forward to 2011 making even more friend connections, building on existing friendships, and just having fun.....Eating right, exercising, and using my tool in the way it was intended....My hope is that I can lose 10-15 pounds and maintain that weight, get in my water and protein and take my Vitamins and calcium like I should.....SO CHEERS to you all, Make it the best year ever....LOVE and HUGS, Kelly
What a great post, Kelly. It is life changing having the surgery and, I must say, you have been inspirational in that you are living your life as transparently as you have on facebook and in here, in reaching out to all of us and shouldering our pains with us. Big Hugs to you Sista!
