Monday Morning Weigh-In
I'm up 2# instead of down 1 as I was working towards. Way too much socializing, being I am out of town visiting family.
I did find it interesting that I am walking a lot in the city, I went on a 2.5 miler yesterday and found that a 10 pound package felt like a ton when I got home. How in the world did I ever carry 10+ times that amount on my body on a daily basis? Well I sure didn't do as much walking back then.
I like this better, there is nothing like a skip in your step.

Hi All:
I was really easy on myself over Christmas--I ate snack mix and Christmas cookies and all kinds of junk. So now I need to get back on track! The cookies are out of the house as of today--I made my DD take them to her boyfriend's house, the guys will eat them up.
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 194.3
This week: 192.4
This week: Lost 1.9 lbs this week.
I am very pleased that I still lost this week, despite it all. Even when I was indulging, I was still exercising, too, so that's probably why.
