Hello peeps! I've been on Facebook rather than here for over two years. Congratulations to each of you in the early stages of WLS, and howdy doody to the farther outs. Always BELIEVE in yourself, be stronger than those cravings and addictions. Am eternally grateful for my previous four-year sessions with a licensed psychologist whose specialty is WLS--had totally los myself in a very unhelthy relationship, have been immensely enjoying life almost two years now. PROOF: spent eight fabulous days last April with two gal pals, at a gated resort in Cozumel! Swam wih dolphins, snorkeled, snuba-diving (yes sNuba), went parasailing, many excursions, plus wore bikinis for the first time ever!!! Do not lose faith--I still have fleeting WOW moments, at four and a half years out! (no I didn't grow a blonde mustache--the profile pic had been taken at an all-natural aquatic animals' huge habitat, where we had to wear non-biodegradable sunscreen which did not blend into the skin...)

So, anybody else here going on the OH East Carribean cruise in February? Have been in contact with several people from AL,MS,and GA--just curious if anyone from MN will be going--please let me hear from you if so! If anyone's on Facebook, I'd be happy to add you as a contact 'friend', I'm found as Patti Truax
Abundant holiday blessings to all, with sincere best wishes in 2011! Love to hear from you here, private message, or on Facebook! Chiao!
Never let your memories be greater than your dreams.

I adore cruising, but I didn't know anything about an OH cruise.  Do they do it every year?

How fun!  How did you hear about it?

Hi, I'm not sure if the OH cruise is annual, though am aware there have been others--as mentioned, I have not even looked at this board for over two years--the cruise was posted on FaceBook. What piqued my interest was that Cozumel was a port of call.  Wi**** were more than an eight-hour stop, but at the time I knew I wanted to get  back   Cruises never have appealed to me because of only being at each port of call for eight to nine hours--I prefer destination vacatons where I  have a full week to get a real feel for that location.  Gotta try it once  though!
