9 Month check up today

OK - here are the details........

Doc is pleased with my progress, says keep on doing what I am doing!  Numbers were the WOW factor for me -

Before Waist 47 inches
Now Waist 34 inches

Before Hips 55 inches
Now Hips 42.5 inches

Before Neck - 16 inches
Now neck - 13.5 inches

That is 30 inches in just 3 areas of measurement!  Holy **** batman. 

Starting BMI was 51.5      Now BMI is 31.3

Total weight lost since surgery - 117 lbs and still going!

Thank you to each of you - you all know who you are - for the support you offer.  I could not do this alone!
