Almost 20" of snow and I shoveled!

For the first time in years, I was able to remove nearly 20" of snow and not complain about shortness of breath or a sore body!! Another positive to my life change.

I hope you all have survived this wonderful winter wonderland!

I know. I've done more shoveling this year than I have in years, and it is so much better! Moving is easier, working is easier, energy is better. Life is better!
