4 years ago today I was recovering and had started an unbelieveable ride of my life. Many ups, downs and all arounds. Lost 1/2 of me and gained a better me~ emotionally & physically AND as a BONUS I gained some great friends along the way! But years 2-3 were BIG bumps that were personally hard for me. Thank God I made it.
There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thankfully that I had this surgery. Time sure flies!
Thanks to all who stuck by me to this day! Love ya all!

I remember when I was just getting started on MY WLS journey, you were one of those 'experienced' people who had gone before me, who shared her journey here and gave me hope and inspiration! (and your secret cutlets...) YOU ROCK!

I hope you'll try to come around more often - I know I don't post nearly as much as I used to, but I remember how much hope those ahead of me gave me. Keep sharing the love, sistah!

Thanks Paul....my best advice is to stay on the trail and don't stray.... weight gain CAN happen and it's a BIG HUGE fight to get it off and to stay on track AFTER you stray....constant battle! But one battle WORTH IT!
