You are doing a fantastic job and I think you are truely an inspiration for those of us behind you.
I appreciate that you post your struggles because it gives me the opportunity to read what suggestions you and other people have for the obsticles we (as WLS folks) face every day.
Also, I don't think that you shouldn't say NO you can't ever eat that again, but maybe say, no you can't eat as much or as often as you did before surgery-maybe that will ceep the craving monster at bay somewhat?
