3 years ago today, my life changed forever. When I started this journey I weighed in at 299. I have been heavy pretty much my whole life. This surgery, I believe saved my life.
I know sometimes I get down on myself, and think MAN I should be at a lower weight, and what I need to do is realize that they are only numbers. I am much much more heathier now than I was then. I think I try to compete with other women when they reach the 130-140 area and what I need to learn is that each body is different we are not all gonna end up the same.
I weighed in today at 178 that is a total of 121 pounds lost. Good Lord that is amazing.
I know some of my food choices have not been the greatest but I am working on that. It is so hard to say NO you can't ever eat that again, the more I say no to myself the more I want it. Now I Know how my kids feel LOL..........
Anyways just thought I would share.........
