ok...for a Monday Morning Weigh In...Im a bit tardy but here goes...my VERY FIRST ONE!

down a total of 15lbs since starting the liquids before surgery! Im VERY happy...havent been this "light" in over 3 years!
I went and bought a scale tonight so I will be participating in more weigh-ins and keeping track of my progress...now if I could only figure out how to update my little ticker deal....MOVE LITTLE COW!
