Just wanted to say, "Happy Thanksgiving."
Safe travel's to all and remember to try and eat mindfully, for me I'm cooking this year so I'm having a Traditional Turkey and fixing's but also making 2 pie's, which I know make me sick so I will stay away from them....
I'm so Thankful for all my WLS friends and this board.....
Enjoy the day tomorrow.....And if your going shopping on BLACK Friday, GOOD LUCK....

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I always see you with positive things to say for everyone and always have useful info. Thank you for that.
I am supposedly starting my month long pre-surgery diet on Tuesday while they submit me for insurance approval on Tuesday (fingers crossed), so tomorrow is kind of my last hurrah. I am not going to gorge myself but definitely will savor the flavor!!

Thank you.....I try to be helpful and share....I'm almost 3 years out and have made plenty of mistakes but also have made HUGE strides....
Enjoy that meal tomorrow.....Just so you know, You will be able to enjoy it next year too, just in small amounts....
Good luck with your pre-surgery diet.....Start chewing your food to applesauce consistancy it will help you in the long run....Also put your fork down after every bite.....And don't drink with your meals....

And remember, if you don't go to a family members house tomorrow, come on down to my house, I have plenty of food, drink, etc.....We play games, have a scratch off ticket hunt outside for exercise, etc....We'd LOVE to have you....
