Monday Morning Weigh-in!!
Hi All: I noticed we're slow to put this thread up this week. I think it's going to be really important to stay accountable going into the holidays.
For myself, I have hit a plateau and it's really bugging me. I know it's normal, but I am an instant gratification person, and this is driving me nuts!
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 203.8
This week: 204.7
This week: GAINED .9 lb! AAACK!! I am NOT happy.
I'm going to try beefing up my exercise and take a closer look at what I am eating this week. Hope it helps. The weather hasn't been cooperating for walking, and the exercise room at our townhouse has been busy. Just gotta deal with it.

I'm out of town so I don't have a clue how accurate this non-digital scale is but HI anyway. Hi Nicole! I'll be remembering you on the 6th. I think you are doing so well with the extra challenges you face. You are in it for the long haul and WILL be victorious.
I am having those "almost arrived" challenges. I can tolerate more items and quantity than I really wish i could, so now I have to make real life choices and I don't trust myself with these decisions. I have been my own worst enemy many times over.....
