As hard as it is for us, be patient!  When re-introducing solid foods your body does not know how to react.  If you are still uncomfortable with the loss, follow the other suggestions and do measurements.  Try to watch your carb intake and especially greasy foods as they will raise havok with the scale and our other issues.  Since you are just at the beginning stages and protien is so important, try to snack on protein based snacks - as much as we love popcycles they are not a great choice when trying to meet that protein number.  Keep doing what you are doing and your body will catch-up!

Hey Lisa/Sis,  Thank u so much for your advice  =). I dont eat mu*****arbs at all. I tried a lil round  noodles with spagh sauce, that didnt work, so Im just on strictly meats with a spagh sauce, still only eating barely 2 oz. of food per meal. I need to get my work out buddy to cooperate on our agreed dates to work out so I get the exercise in I need. Other than that, just find it frustrating tryin the new foods (cookin only for one person can be difficult too, lots of unjustified left overs), only nibble on them of coarse. Meals tend to take me just over a half hr so I can get atleast 1 1/2 - 2 ounces down. I look forward to seeing u at Thanksgiving. Lori
