Good job Lori!   For me still at a stall.  I'm kind of getting used to it.  I'm at 190 for almost 3 weeks now.  It's ok, I'm not terribly discouraged.  After I get the kids down for nap going to do my walking dvd.

Not such a great week for me.  I'm fast losing hope of reaching Onederland by Thanksgiving.  Still, it's a loss, so I guess I should be glad, right?

I know what you mean Marsha.  I have a home based business and have to constantly fight with my kitchen.  Stuck at 190 for almost 3 weeks.  UGH!!

Marsha....this it has helped me so much....I am finally seriously posting everything I eat on Fitday.com. I am only allowing myself so many calories a day. It has made me much more cautious of what I eat.
I am also on Edi's Accountability Board on Facebook...that has helped too.
I put up pics of me at my highest weight all over my house...on mirrors and especially in my kitchen!
Keep trying....you will win!!

Love you...I am here for you...hugs...connie d

I am in the same boat with you all. I have just finished an 8 week "stall." I guess at 9 months ouut things were going to "slow down." The real truth is I got away from my Dr's recommendation of three meals a day, liquid between. I am pretty sure he meant no snacking, but I did start with just a few nuts or other protein source. Being my pouch has healed, I am capable of larger portions and I got tired of the daily treadmill ritual.. Add the three together and Hmmm no wonder nothing much happened for the past two months.
I went to a support group meeting two weeks ago and decided to start journaling again. I am glad I did, as I found out my "1100 " calories was more like 1600-1700. So I started to make some changes in both eating and calorie burn and that has helped me get going again.
I did my 9 month post-op today, my Dr's numbers are different from my high weight, but I am down 144 with them and 160 from my highest. I am currently 217, down 3-5 pounds from two weeks ago. Scared as all get out, because I don't want to abuse this tremendous opportunity to get and stay healthy.
