Advice from an old-timer
Note to self and others....do NOT over medicate a bout of constipation! Or, you will poop your head off and you might poop where you don't want to poop.
After going almost 5 days without going...I overdid it on the remedies. Double doses of Miralax, Colace AND 2 extra strength Ex-lax....makes for a day home from work and night from hell whi*****luded cleanup and showering at 2AM. Enough said. Yikers.
