Hi, Connie. 

Your post about making your appointment gave me the kick to make mine.  My appt is later this afternoon.  I am still nervous, and ashamed because I have gained some weight back.  But I'm hoping they will give me a caring and compassionate kick in the butt to keep me back on track and get what I gained back off again!
