It takes a lot of courage and will power to face your demons and reality. Its like you know they are there, but if someone else don't say anything you can keep them hidden. I think that is part of our addiction.

I'm glad to see that not only is the surgery a tool, but that the team that helped you with the surgery is part of the same tool years later.

I'm sure this gave you some inner peace. I'm very happy for you.

Good for you Connie! I gained back all the weight I lost after my redo last year and I haven't been back to see my surgeon in about 9 months. I know I screwed up and know that's what he'll say. Blah.

Farrah...Believe in youself....go see your surgeon....do it for you!!  You will be glad you did.
