...dump like I did in the beginning. Anyone else? My sister is 6 years out and never dumps anymore, or not too badly anyway when she does. Even scrambled eggs make me dump. *sigh* You think I'd be used to it but nope :-) not fun!

I have maintained for 5+ years at about 122 lbs, would like to get to 130 and stay there.

Lori...sorry you are having all that dumping.

I rarely ever dump so I am no help with this. Maybe someone else can help shed some light on this situation.
