I'm kinda-sorta ready for cold weather

I found out in February-March of this year that a lighter me with a smaller intake of calories ran much cooler.Prior to surgery, I used to sleep with a sheet, run around in 20 degree weather with a T-shirt. Well no more. After surgery I visited a family member, had all of my clothes on and three blankets and Froze.
As the weather really is changing I became concerned that I had an adequate jacket. I found the 3X sized jacket I wore in February, and my wife pulled out a "Large" sized jacket that fits me just fine. This will be great, I will put the 3X jacket on Over my Large jacket. I should be good for some short runs outside.
  Life is good.

That's great Paul!  I used to do the same thing, ran hot and just put a light jacket on.  Now I have to go out to buy a WARM winter coat or I'll freeze!

Sorry Paul, but my experience is that it does not get any better. I heading into my third winter after weight loss surgery, and I am still freezing my ass.

(perhaps you need to look into finding yourself a below-the-ass length winter coat, eh?)
