Im strugglin with pureed foods as I want to desperately CHEW my food. Thankfully I have my post op with my surgeon on this Thursday. Food is not the issue, its my teeth & tongue for chewing!
My weigh in today was 215.6
Start Weight was: 233.8
Loss in one week: -7.4
Total loss since surgery: -18.2
I am happy with these numbers, but merely unhappy about not chewing my food yet. I know it will come soon enough, but without chewing food means "cold" food yet again, yuck!

Nice job this week, Lori!  I was pretty bad this weekend, but it hasn't showed up much on the scale yet.  I'm sure it will this week.  :-(

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  218.00
This week: 215.9
This week:  lost 2.1 lbs

Had my 3 month dr. appointment this morning, and they are very happy with my progress!  I am down 50% of my excess body weight, and my BMI is down to 34.  Also, I can now see my lap, which is fun--I'd forgotten I had one, or maybe I just didn't have one.

Fantastic Lori!!  Wonderful numbers!!  I know how hard it is to not eat food yet.  This time will pass.  Believe me.  Stick it out.  You want to do everything in the right order.  Listen to your Dr. no matter how difficult.  The time will pass.
As an encouragement.  My starting weight was also 233.  Coincidence.  LOL.  I now am down to 191.  This happened in 3 months and I am slow compared to others.  Just think where you're going to be by Christmas.  By Easter!!  Take one day at a time.  You can do it!!

Ok, so we are the same age, same starting weight.  How tall are you?  Lol  I'm 5'7" ?  Maybe we have that in common too.

I had a good week

starting weight        278
last week                  168
this week                  165

total weight loss      113

My husband made me pinto beans that were real good for something warm and he also made tuna.. He took canned tuna and put it in the bullet and added a little fat free salad dressing and then heated it up in the oven.. also very good, and warm, just a couple of ideas for something differant. Really good weight loss, you are doing great
I lost 34 lbs before starting this ticker

Good job Jamie.  I think someone needs to change their avatar pretty soon.  I didn't recognize you at first.
