Possibly TMI, but a question about nausea

One thing I have not experienced much, thank god, is vomiting. I have been very pleased about that.

So today, I am on the phone with a customer, with her looking at my computer screen and watching what I am doing, when I am overcome by nausea. I had to put her on mute and vomit into my garbage can, all the while trying to continue to produce the reports she needed on my computer. Really sad!!

Fortunately, it was 3 hours after lunch, so the only thing in my stomach was water. I left work shortly thereafter and haven’t been sick since, but what up? Why would that happen? I do not otherwise have a fever, and I felt fine up until that point, except for the stomach pain I have been having periodically for the last month. But that never caused me to vomit before.

I see my doc for my 3 month appointment on Monday, so I’ll ask him. But any ideas? I REALLY need to do well at work this month, and there’s only a week and a half left of the month. I am waaay behind right now. CANNOT be sick any more!!!

Wow, bummer!  I'm sorry to hear that.  I HATE barfing.  Keep an eye on it and write down when it happens, what and when you ate etc so if it keeps happening you can try and pin point a pattern or help the Dr dx the problem.  I hope it just disappears.
