protein drinks/powders
Hi, I was just heard about this website! Lots of valuable information! I'm 2.5 yrs post op RNY surgery: wt loss 130#. I need 80-90 gms protein/day to feel good & maintain my wt. Our bariatrician told me about Unjury protein powder line which I have tried & LOVE. However, I find them kind of spendy & must order over the internet. I see there are tons of reviews of powders/drinks on OH. Has anyone found a great tasting readily available not so pricey protein powder locally? Thanks, Mary Ann

I LOVE the UNJURY unflavored.....It may cost more, but it's good with milk, frozen strawberries....ETC.....
My other favorite is CHIKE, you can get free samples at chikenutrition, com
I like the Banana magic, orange cream, vanilla and chocolate, they are a bit expensive too, but worth every penny....I think about $22 for a jug of it.....
If your on facebook, I have all my protein shake recipes in my "Notes" section.....Kelly Yarke Dombroske My favorite is the Butterfinger protein shake.....:)

I buy my protein at supplimentwarehouse.com They are much less expensive than Unjury. I like the flavored versions like Kelly uses, my favorite is Peach Cobbler. It works well with most fruit drinks but is more expensive than the standard flavors.
Still overall not too expensive for these items at 29-$34 for 5#
