Glucerna Bars

 My NUT gave me a sample and coupon for Glucerna bars. If anyone is looking for a great tasting protein bar these are great. Lots better than Atkins. Uck. These have 10 gr. protein, 7 gr. fat. They do have sugar and sugar alcohol, tho. You can find them in the diabetes section of Target. I'm sure you can find them most anywhere. I'm having the VSG so I don't know if sugar will cause dumping or not. Don't know if dumping will even be an issue with the sleeve. Anyone know?

Anyway, if your tummy can tolerate Glucerna bars, they're really good.
