Anyone want to do 5-day pouch test with me??

Ohhh Kelly...I wish I were geared up to do it tomorrow too. But maybe instead of needing the same push at the same time you can push me as a veteran of the 5DPT when I get there on Saturday. I guess technically speaking I COULD do it tomorrow as well I just am scared of the possible dizzies, nauseau, or just general icky carb withdrawl feeling while being at work...cuz that would just suck. But maybe it wouldn't even be all that bad. I have access at work to liquids: water, green tea, milk. I also have 4 protein shakes and a few pkts. of SF Instant Carnation Bfast. I even have some pkts. of Emergen-C at home(oddly enough I got some samples in the mail a few months back).

Sooo tomorrow or in a couple days...here we go!
      Began my journey in 2008 at 246#....lost 111#...have regaind about 35#'s of which I am currently trying to rectify!

Okay, everyone that posted, LET'S DO THIS......It doesn't matter when you start, we all can be there for each other with support....That's what PM's and posts are for....

I'm starting tomorrow, because I already have been slowly getting ready for this all week......

I want to do this with all of you, too.  I've been thinking about it, but haven't yet given myself the "push" to do it.  So I'm in!  I will start Saturday, also.  I've printed off all of the info from the website.  I'll need to go grocery shopping tomorrow night...

Are we all PMing?  I haven't done that before...is it easy to figure out? 

Who all is in - Kelly, you, anyone else in for sure?

Kat, I believe at the moment (LoL) I am starting Saturday. Kelly is doing it but started today so she'll be a bit ahead of us.

I will probably post my days for anyone to see, criticize, motivate, push, kick and shove me on.

I started today.....And it's hard not grazing....I was doing so good for so long, then took a trip to NJ and all hell broke loose, LOL....Time to suck it up and get back on track.....

YAY, another one to start Saturday.....

I will most likely post something at the end of the day, hopefully it will be all good......

I'm going to get in somekind of exercise each day, I believe that is key also in weight loss....

GOOD LUCK LADIES......We can do this, we have to.....I also dug out my FAT pants and have them in the kitchen as a reminder of where I don't want to go......

I think in reverse of putting out the fat pants(which I quickly got rid of)I will put on my goal jeans that I wore just not that long ago but now feel too snug and uncomfortable. That will motivate me to stick to this liquid diet...it won't be pretty for those around to me to look at I'm sure, lol, but keep me focused instead of lazy.
