Health Partners-apprehensive

Well, I had my first meeting at Unity to go over everything I need to do and made 7 appointments when I got home. I am just taking it one appointment at a time so as to not get overwhelmed. My only oh, oh moment came when they asked me for 2 years of documented weights. I have one for this year but till now had not been in to the doctor for 4 years. Health Partners requires the 2 years. I am just wondering how big a hang up this is going to be. Has anybody else encountered this?

 Usually HP is 6 months CONSECUTIVE weight loss, so if your policy is asking for two years, it may be NON-consecutive. Get the specific language for your policy and go from there.

 I just listed my attempts and approximate dates and had no problems. It took some thinking though as to the fact I really had several attempts. i had forgotten about two of them, but my wife remembered them.
