Yes, it is that time again.  Time for us to celebrate our achievements or atone for our sins!!

Starting weight            335 pounds

Last week weight       226.2 pounds

This week                    224.2 pounds

Loss of 2 pounds.  

Total Loss of 110.8 pounds.

I am back to where I was 2 weeks ago.  Alas, I'm used to this plateau hopping!

 Good morning!  I guess I had a much better week even than I imagined, and it was pretty good!

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  228.0
This week: 222.2
This week:  lost 5.8 lbs

I continued to eat well and exercise, but unfortunately I am retaining TONS of water weight this week because...well because I'm a woman and that's what we do.

This week: 186

Gain of 5 lbs

up 3 pounds - HATE seeing this scale moving the wrong way!  this totally freaks me out - I must admit.

Not happy with those numbers - but I'm doing something about it so we shall see.

Hopefully coming here and being accountable will greatly help... You guys are an inspiration!

 30 days hath September and my latest plateau. I am OK with that for now, but I did remove my stash of after-supper snacks to a security safe way far away from my man-cave.

Hiya Gang!

After 2-3 months of being stuck around 208-212 I finally decided to stop eating crap and start eating clean again.  Now it is all about protein, no drinks with meals, water, and moving...  I started on the 23rd of September at 210 and today 10/13 I am 195 so it works if I do...
