outcome for last week

Wow I can't believe it I lost 7 lbs.  I have changed my eating habits totally.  I try not to go over 1000 calories a day. and I write down everything I put in my mouth, including the calories, and I weigh all my food.  I have been walking at night not everynight but try to anyway.  My hubby is doing this with me and he lost 10 lbs.  I am so proud of him.  I read all labels and if it has to much calories and fat It don't go in my cart.
I am so excited my goal is to get to my lowest weight of 164 and maybe lower than that if I can. I also stopped eating red meat it is all turkey,chicken, and pork.  I don't like fish Unless it's minced and has breading on it LOL........ we will see what this next week brings................

 Excellent Work, and it is work that required the efforts you put in! 

This is more than a wow moment, it is a WOW week!. I think the journaling really helped me too. It is hard to argue with FACT as only a Journal ensures. I think also the evening exercise in lieu of evening grazing is a very important key to success.

WTG Marsha!!! I am very proud of your determination AND whether you know it or not... you've provided me some motivation!

I am trying to wrap my brain around the idea of doing some version of detox as well...its those first few days that are quite daunting. Only liquids?? Ugh! I have shakes and SF Instant Carnation in my house just need to DRINK them!!
