Just wanna know how much calories you take in a day, or how many we are to have in a day?

Thanks

Everybody's calorie intake is different however I know a few that maintain weight eating 1200-1300 calories. I know I am eating more and haven't lost any weight in over a month ( 7 months post surgery.)

By the way... You haven't posted day 5 and 6, let let go yet!

I shoot for 800-1000 a day, my dietitian told me that post WLS patients, band not included, usually need 300-400 cals a day less than a non WLS person.. so thats what I am going with...
I usually hit about 1000 when i log on daily plate

I was told never to go over 1200. I try to stick to about 1000 and that works for me. Some days I'm around 800 but most the time around 1100.
