day 4
I feel like I post way to much, so this will be my last one as far as eating goes. Today was not bad......
altogether 8 cups coffee didn't even realize it
1/4 cup green beans
6 little pieces of beef jerkey from meat market
1 cup milk and breakfast drink
1/2 cup lettuce, 1 tbsp cheese, 1tbsp ranch, 1tbsp spicy ranch, and 1 hard boiled egg
3 little pieces of jerkey
1/4 cup green beans again
and the same lettuce salad for supper
I drank lots of water and my protein shake as well
I guess I pigged out a little.........
I didn't have any daycare kids for supper so I got Mcdonalds for the boys and I only ate 2 fries and said to myself (what en the hell are you doing)? The old me would of been right there with em, I so wanted a bite of the burger and a nugget or 2 or 3 but I didn't. I am so proud of myself for that.
I think I know why I got so much done today it was the coffee OOPS..............

I am not a coffee person, so I might not understand, but for each cup of coffee you need 1.5 cups of water to counter the caffine, so you would then be drinking 160 oz of liquid. I think that the green beans are almost calorie neutral, but very beneficial healthwise.

I agree.. I appreciated the posts as I always learn a lot more from what others are doing (or not doing) so keep the posts up! Plus it maybe keeps you more accountable as well??
Anyways...WTG on Day 4!!!! And it takes superwomen strength to avoid McDonald's, so that was a huge "woohoo" moment for you I'm sure!!
I am getting myself more and more mentally prepared to do this process myself...as I tried on several pairs of jeans this morning and could've cried. Once again I don't like jeans but 6-months ago love them.
My question is...are you feeling hungry?? Because to me that looks like niblets of food protein or no protein I'm starving just reading how little you're eating.

I don't feel hungry at all, never had, i just love food. I eat because I think I need to not because I am hungry. Food is a comfort for me, like a security blanket I know it won't let me down ( only makes me fat). I am down 6 lbs so far for the week and that keeps me going I AM DOING THIS.....................
