I took some good advice and upped my protein............

1 cup coffee

1 cup coffee

1 cup milk with breakfast drink

1 campbells soup in hand

couple whole grain crackers

protein shake

2 mini carrots
1/4 cup cott cheese
1/4 of a chicken breast

plus my water and icetea

I made some hard boiled eggs that i can have for tomarrow, and bought some turkey burgers to put on the grill...................

I hope I can stay away fromthe junk so far so good..........................

How many grams of protein is that a day?

I have 40 lbs to loose before my surgery in 3 months and it seems like I keep putting it off. I have my 3rd meeting with my dietitian on Friday so I'm sure I will get a kick in the butt then.

Way to go, girl! I should do this too with you, I need to lose like 5 pounds before I meet with Dr. I on Monday....yikes!

I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, 1.5 cup cup of hotdish, 1 SF jello, and 2.5 cups of coffee today with 3 sweet n lows, and 2 oz of 2% milk. (so far today since midnight)
