Here is a liquid form of B-12 it is just over $70 a gallon. I am not advertising, only informing.

Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) 1000 mcg per ounce

Is this cheaper than the B12 you take or something?
I get an injection e/o month and don't pay a dime, so I have nothing to compare the cost to.

Do you drink that, Paul?  How much daily?

My dr has me on injections also, and it only costs me about $20 for a whole year's worth of shots and syringes, so the B-12 is not a big expense for me.  Calcium and multivitamins are worse.

I just do the sublinguals - Trader Joe's has a really good one, dissolves quick and easy under your tongue.

I was told to take one 1,000 mcg dose per week, but I do it twice - Sunday and Wednesday - just in case I forget one or the other.  (It doesn't build up in your system, so you could take it every day with no adverse effects.)  I believe I paid about $7-8 for a bottle of 100, which is a year's supply.

I do a B12 injection once every 3 weeks..

I've heard a daily sublingual works well too..

I was told not to ingest a form other than sublingual because we (RNY) just don't abosorb it properly if just ingested and not absorbed sublingually...
