Oh my gosh Today was hard for me......here is what I had for the day.....

1 cup coffee

1 cup coffee

1 cup 1 % milk
1 pkg SF vanilla breakfast

1 coffee

1 cup 1%milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tomato soup in hand

1 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup

Wow This is major for me.......... It was so hard when the daycare kids were eating and when they napped I read alot in my book.............  I can do this......

My hubby and I and 2 of the daycare kids went for about 1.5 mile walk they were in the stroller of course and man did that feel great..................

We will see how tomarrow goes...................

I don't recall if you had to do a LD pre-o*****t, but just remember the first 3 days are the most difficult.  If you can get through them, you should feel lots better!

The LD Police have put out an APB which requires radio and television stations to play all their fast food/junk food commercials in heavy rotation.  Pay no attention, they're trying to mess you up.

Grocery stores have been instructed to put all your favorite snacky things out on the end caps.  Shove your hands in your pockets and walk on by.

All your favorite re-runs will begin just about the time you're planning to head out for a walk and some fresh autumn air.  They're not as funny as you remember, head out the door and put the rubber to the road.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Nope no liquid diet for me only the day before.  Also, There is a new BAKERY that opened up in town go fricken figure, at least there not a whole bakery set up yet just little bits here and there I guess.................

Way to go Marsha!  Day one is done and over with...getting started is one of the hardest steps and you did it!

WoW!!! You did it! That's awesome and inspiring as well!!
I had to do a 2-week pre-op diet and I do recall how difficult those first few days are til your stomach (and body) adjusts.
I've been thinking about doing the 5-day pouch test/liquid diet...whatever to de-carb myself and de-bloat myself.

So hat's off to you!!!
Let us know how day 2..day 3 go for you as well.
      Began my journey in 2008 at 246#....lost 111#...have regaind about 35#'s of which I am currently trying to rectify!
