Your Typical Day
Just wondering....especially those 2.5-3yrs. post op...what is a typical menu like for you? What type of foods do you keep on hand? What are your favorite foods/recipes that are quick and packed with protein?
I need to get my eating (and exercise) back on track but am too boring with my food choices and often find new fun ideas from others, please share!
