Does anyone meet in the Northern part of the state???

Hello,  I am just wondering if anyone ever meets or is from like Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, Stacy, Wyoming, North Branch???  Any information from this area at all?  I am hoping for the VSG surgery and have my 2nd appt. today in Maplewood, had the informational meeting a few weeks ago and not really sure what to expect at today's appt? 

thats not the northern part of the state! lol  i was expecting you to talk about bemidji or duluth or something thats actually up north..lol

I see that you have scheduled the ds, have you ever checked into the VSG?  Seems less complicated to me, just wondering what your thoughts are on that?

guess I am not so far North after all.  I work in St. Paul and people can't believe I drive 35 miles one way!!  I do not think that is too far but whatever...question, so do the docs decide which procedure is best for you???  Seems to me at the informational meeting the VSG is becoming more popular and less invasive than the others, am I correct?

 Well, my surgeon and myself discussed which procedure would work best for me based on my bmi and where most of my weight it situated-in my belly and BIG butt!!  lol  I'm very comfortable with my surgeon and the procedure as I've done a TON of research on them both.  I had the lapband and didn't a thing for me but know many that have done great with it, so I'm having whats called a "revision".  
I think having any of the bariatric surgeries are life saving!  Just make sure you do ALL your research and you'll do great my friend!

Myself, I live by Becker but go to Eagan or Burnsville coffee, Once in awhile there is a St. Cloud coffee.....

There is also one in West St. Paul at Amore, I think it's called....
