Been a long time since i posted.

Hi Everone! It's been awhile since i posted, just wanted to say i am so happy with my decision of having weight loss surgery! It was a year as of August 19th and i lost 148 pounds!  I am now down to 130 pounds!I had a few complications , i had a few ulcers, an emergency surgery for an intussusception . I am doing well now. Anyone thinking about weight loss surgery,, i just wanted to let them know that i feel it is totally worth it and don't regret my decision in any way. I posted some new updated pictures of my progress. Hope eveyone is enjoying their journey :)

I know i need to update my avatar pic.not sure how to put it on my cousin said she will help me with it soon.I am a dummy when it comes to coumpters.and yes i want to come back to the maple Grove coffee i have been working every Sat.know i am out of work for awhile due to my surgery. i hope to make it to coffee soon.
