Last week: 239.3
This week: 237.7
This week: lost 1.6 lbs
Total lost: 60.7 lbs.
Have slowed down a bit, but hopefully this week will be better. I went camping all weekend, and didn't pay much attention to what I ate. Also let the exercise slip over the weekend, because I was walking at a Festival, setting up campsite, etc. I thought it was enough, but now I look back, it wasn't. Got back on the elliptical this morning , though!

I have lost enough weight to have changed my focus from the "numbers" to the "Behavior." That is where my current battle lies. Am I willing to have only three meals a day or am I grazing? Am I able to curb my after 7 PM behavior to cut or eliminate snacking, and the hardest of all for me, am I getting in aerobic exercise on a regular basis.
I am constantly reminded of my muscle loss and the need to do some weight training. Am I up to the challenge?

I can't believe I've hit the 130's! It has been 30 yrs I bet since I've been here. I am 13 lbs below my original goal. I think I am about where I need to be. I bought size 8 petite pants last week! That has been my biggest WOW moment I think.
I need to get to coffee to see all you HOT BODIES! I miss everyone!
