"No Longer Live To Eat - Just Eat to Live"
I see there are a few people posting that I started with. Hello Carol and Connie! Here is our story: Berry and I are almost 3 years post op (Dec 18 and 27). We both reached our goals in year one. We both have kept our weight off (big cheer for that)! We drink our water religiously. Exercise like we should (most of the time). Take our vitamins. But somewhere in the last year we have discovered that its getting harder and harder to eat 3 meals a day - especially breakfast. Not because there isn't the time but we just can't stand to eat. Just the smell of bacon frying is a real appetite killer for me...... I didn't think I would ever get to the point where this would ever be a problem for us. We used to be "foodies" big time. Course that's why we both ended up needing surgery. I am not saying that we hate food. There are times when something smells so darn good and it goes down good too. I would like to hear some input on this subject. Who else has this similar problem and what do you do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.

This is good news that there might be a point of transition in our habits.
I have more of the opposite, as I seem to be back fighting old habits and reactions to stress. I still feel like I am a squirrel gathering nuts for winter. I am glad for your example of change and hope there will be that day for me.
