I've been away but I'm drawn back

Hi, I'm Troy/T-rex I'm back and I miss this connection.  Anything I can share as well as anything anyone else can share only makes us stronger.  2yrs out- Down 131lbs ran 3 marathons, 4th in Oct!!!  Getting married to the most amazing person in the world in late Oct.  maintaining/ouch trying. But doing dam good!!!!! 

 Now that you moved to the north side, this will help me to be able to stay connected. You are a blessing to many. I will be rejoicing with you as your life becomes more satisfying day by day. 

I've been missing you and Nicole at coffee.  You two were always there for me with a hug, encouragement and motivation.  All the veterans have stopped coming to coffee, and that leaves us on our own.  I feel like a little kid, being only 6 months out, and no chaperone!! Don't be strangers!

Welcome back, Troy!  Haven't seen you in a very long time!!
 
I wish you and Nicole the BEST!!!  (October 6th will be our 20th - MAN, that doesn't even seem possible!!!)
