Introduction....
I too am trying to implement some of the eating tool. I am really trying to extend my meals to 20-30 minutes as it usually only takes me 5-10. I also started drinking protein drinks for breakfast just so I can get used to the consistency. I started on all my vitamins too. It will be a journey but a rewarding one as well!
Keep me posted on your journey....it would be nice to have a new friend to support.

What kind of protein drinks are you drinking? I am still eating cereal for breakfast, but it made me wonder the other day that since I have milk in my cereal, I may not be able to eat that after sugery since milk is a liquid. I haven't started any vitamins yet, we will see what they tell me after my appointment on Tuesday.
It was kind of funny I went out for dinner tonight and I told myself, don't order a pop, order a lemon-aid. But then I got it and I thought, I can't drink this with my meal, why did I even order it? LOL Old habits are hard to break. Good thing this is just practice for now, by the time I have surgery I should already have the new habits. :)
I agree, a new friend going thru probably some of the same things at the same time.
