I'm still in my 6 month lead up to surgery but I'm trying to familiarize myself with the routine I'll be following post surgery. I've decided to let the caffeine thing slide for a little while yet. Scarlett says to think about it tomorrow and that's what I'm going to do. However, I think I could be a big fan of protein drinks. I'm going to GNC in Mankato tomorrow to see what they have. According to the web site they should carry Click. If so, I'll get some. Any others that are crowd pleasers or personal favorites?

I bought mine online at supplement warehouse. I got flavored ones, banana, peach cobbler, oatmeal, green apple, choch mint and choc peanut butter etc. I sometimes add fruit, so I mach the fruit with the flavor.
I did not like the unflavored, but maybe that was because of the ratio I used. The unflavored goes best with soups.
Some people don't like the flavors, but for me it gave variety and zest.

I get Click on Amazon, Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein at GNC and Supplement Warehouse, BodyFortress Advanced Whey protein at Walmart, and BE pure whey unflavored online...forgot where, but I'll check back. Best wished on your journey. I too started with the protein shake before surgery.....lost 30 before surg. Carol

I think the most important thing is to have a variety.  The one I MOST appreciated was the Unjury Chicken Broth - because the vast majority of protein drinks out there are sweet, and I got sick and tired of SWEET!  So the savory/salty flavor of the chicken broth was a Godsend for me.  You order it online, and it comes really fast!  (I don't know if it's available through any retailer...)

Good luck to you!
