Been having a few issues and my Bariatric Doctor wants me to have an Endoscopy, if nothing else to rule issues out.....I will have it done at Unity hospital on Friday....Dr. Baker will also be there to look at things too....

If you could just swing a few Chickens or throw salt over your shoulder I'd appreciate it, I'll take all the good vibes as possible.....I'm hoping they find nothing and we can chalk it up to stress or something.....

Glad things went well for you.  I had one done last week, too, after spending part of Monday in the ER at Unity.  The Dr said everyting looked good, but I've got a prescription for some meds now, so I've gotta get more details on that.

My general MD wanted me to have this procedure done. I arrived and was prepped with the IV needle in place. When the Specialist came in, he said my pain was too low and unless I really wanted it done, he would rather have a CT Scan done. So out came the needle and off I went to radiology. Everything was fine as was the Ultrasound done earlier in the month for gallbladder. Now my general MD wants to see me again. I am having bouts of severe abdominal pain, inconsistent and no apparent rhyme or reason. I am thinking that perhaps it is just the scar tissue from multiple abdominal surgeries (c-sections, bypass, etc) that is perhaps giving me problems when my stomach becomes hard/bloated. Can anyone tell me if that seems like at least a reasonable explanation? I hate spending the money to go to a Dr only to be told they could not find anything wrong.
