How much B12 do you take a day?

I had these 25,000mg sublinguals that I took 2x wk but ran out.  Now I found some 500mg ones.  How much do you take a day?  Just curious.

I take one of the 500mg sublinguals every night along with my bedtime snack of Flintstones, Chewable C, iron, B1, and Warfarin!!

Just recently I found out that you have to take your Iron/C separate from your multi. :-(

What are your labs like for B12? 
Do you mean mcg? 


I've taken everything from 10,000mcg when I was difficient to 5000mcg, and am  currently using Vitalady's B-12 1,000mcg (Methylcobalamin) Sublingual.

2500 mcg.  Sublingual every other day.....

 Yes it is mcg , I'm such a Putz!  LOL!  My 6 mo labs were just fine.

I just take one injection of B12 a month. My doc says it is the best method for B12 and I'm always into taking less meds on a daily bases.

I'm with Timmy....rather get shot than swallow.  Once a month is okay....if I had to do it everyday I would opt for a tablet.
