I am stuck in a rut and looking for ideas for breakfast and for lunch (at work).. Dinner
I have under control.

i can eat pretty much anything, but I stay away from bread, wheat, gluten etc...
I have been having shakes in the morning, but then end up with needing a big mid-morning snack...so I would love to hear what you all are eating....

thanks

My breakfast is almost always Greek yogurt flavored w/ stevia and lemon or orange extract w/ fresh blueberries and Kashi Go Lean mixed in.  Sometimes I will splurge and eat a Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patty and an egg.  I also like a packet of Quaker Weight Control banana bread oatmeal mixed w/ PB2.  It reminds me of the peanut butter and banana sandwiches I loved so much as a kid.

Lunch is often salads (love taco salad w/ taco meat, cheese, lettuce, Greek yogurt, salsa, black beans and hot sauce) or leftovers from the night before.  I love mixing canned black beans w/ salsa and hot sauce and tossing in whatever leftover meat we have in the fridge.  Sometimes I will have a sliced apple dipped in Greek yogurt mixed w/ stevia and PB2...yummy peanut butter dip.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I guess when I say I can pretty much eat anything, that's not exactly right, I mean I can, I just don't.  I don't eat yoghurt or dairy and I try and stay away from cereal....
I am going to hit up google and see what I can find...

 Why no dairy or yogurt?

I don't like the taste of yogurt... LOL, and when I have tried it, usually too much sugar.... milk = tummy ache, and usually too much sugar.  Ricotta cheese, cottage cheese...not a fan due to taste and texture....regular cheese is my friend.
