Monday Morning Weigh In
UGH! Bad food choices (too much convenience foods=too much sodium) and not enough water=Bad week for me!!

Excuses used for the bad choices=not enough time to cook good dinner, had too much running to do between working 2 jobs and getting ready for Relay for Life event, UGH! I'm so tired so although I know I need to drink water, coffee will have to get me through, I'll walk off the calories so I can have just ONE of those, I'll walk off the calories so I'll just have ONE MORE of those...yeah. Not so much.
Resolve for today=Drink more water, eat less salt, eat more protein...so far so good! Cottage cheese for breakfast, chili for lunch and I've had 24 ouces of water so far today! I know the majority of the weight I gained this week is water weight since my shoes are tight and I can visibly see the puffiness in my ankles. Either way, I know I shouldn't have eaten what I did and I know I should have drank more water instead of making the excuses...and now I get to lose those lbs again instead of going in the other direction and working on lbs that I had yet to lose. It's quite the eye opener, especially since I'm still within my first year!

Last week... I have no idea. Vacationed the last week and gained a few.. I was at 161... so now I have to get back on track.

Thanks again Marsha for doing this. I have had both a good and not so good week. First the good...I was helping my sister move this weekend and she had a jean jacket that I LOVED and wanted but my sister has always been the teeeeeny tiiiny one and I have always been the fat one. So I for sh#ts and giggles said let me try that jacket on and it fit!!!!! It is a size medium and it looked much better on me...and she had another in a different design that fit too!! So she said I could have them!! Then I got on the scale yesterday morning and I was up two pounds!!! gggrrrrr I am having trouble with my lipedema and my leg was pretty swollen yesterday. So here are my stats.
