Sorry if this has been mentioned before...I tend to lurk infrequently. I blog more than anything on this site now.

Anyways...Just wanted to share an awesome food tracking app I just downloaded yesterday. It is free. I got it on my BB and I think it's probably available for most other smartphones like an iphone or droid.

I have tracked everything and anything all day long today and this thing is awesome. It has food fitday.com never has unless I make a custom food.
