Gas pain "stuck" in my stomach? Anyone have ideas?

I had it yesterday and again today, it starts as pain in my left side and then continues across my stomach, took Gas X and it helped yesterday, but should I be worried? Last time I had gas pain I ended up in the hospital 7 days after my RNY surgery with a intestine tear....Little worried now when I get gas pain!

Your Gallbladder is on your right side I believe......

When I have gas I have my hubby rub my tummy, just like we do to babies to relieve there gassy tummy's, Top to bottom, top to bottom, within about 2 minutes I'm getting relief.......

Had my Gull Bladder out last year about 6 months after RYN surgery, so that isn't it but it happened at the same time yesterday as it has today so thats weird too! I also had all the symptoms and was due to have my periode about the 10th of this month and have not had that appear as of yet and I am ALWAYS regular except when I have been pregnant, or directly after surgery as well...So bit concerened at all this!
