I personally am big on putting various cuts of meat in the crockpot and cooking on low for about 10 hours until they are fall apart tender and juicy. Provides a meal or two for the entire family, and leftover protein for me! And usually, it is all stuff I can tolerate in the morning because that is the hardest meal for me to get my protein in at - usually I just cannot stomach eggs and stuff, so a nice moist beef or pork works best.

Did you want a few recipes?

To many! LOL
Ok, here I fess up to my OCD. I have a 3 ring binder. In this said binder is 9 weeks worth of menu's and recipes. We follow this plan and then it rotates back to week one. I have a Spring/Summer book and a Fall/Winter book. Life around her is pretty organized for meals. It doesn't bother me if "What if your not hungry for what is planned" I to this day still do not get hungry. This keeps me on track and feeds the family lol

Shoot me a type of meat and I will shoot you this weeks special of that dish.

Marsha,

We eat a lot of fish, steak, pork chops, chicken, turkey, taco's, seafood, and fresh veggies & fruit......

I'm making a fish dinner tonight, I got a High protein cookbook and this will be the 1st time I make this fish dinner....

Steamed Cod in Borscht with warm chice-horseradish cream

We got tired of the same old same old food too....So I went out and bought a few cookbooks for high protein meals....

If you want the recipe or any others, I will be happy to email them to you.......Kelly

I've been packing my breakfast and lunch lately and I've been sticking to really simple things since it's hard to cook at the office unless it's convenience foods.

Breakfast is usually cottage cheese with fruit

lunch is cubed up meat and cheese with triscuits or wheat thins (make my own lunchable)

Dinner lately has been a protein shake or bar when I'm at my second job or when I'm home then I do more elborate stuff like pork chops grilled chicken that kind of stuff.
