200 pounds down...A little update...a couple pics

 I have been sort of scarce around here the past few weeks to a month.  I have been busy with having some family come back to visit and starting to get ready for my trip to Maryland and Pennsylvania and maybe other places.  Who knows, Its a road trip, taking my nephew home and going to be out there for about 3 weeks.

Overall I am feeling great and am doing things I never could have imagined doing last summer.  I am getting in a lot of golfing and just started roller blading again in an effort so I can get my Hockey skates back on this winter. 

I have been getting plenty of **** from people about updating a few pics, so I finally did.  I have had a huge fear of the camera, which I think is a pretty easy thing to have at weighing nearly 500 pounds.  I can look in the mirror everyday and not see that big of a difference, but when I SEE these pictures, I can finally notice a difference.  Lets see if I can get them to show up.

Isn't it just FREAKY how the mirror can lie to us, but photos give us proof?  KEEP IT UP, you look fantastic!! 

 Thank you Darla.  I still really don't like either of them, but at least I won't mind as much if someone snaps a picture.

 Thank you Mary.  I hope I can get to my goal weight or past it in the next 8-10 months and then start on the maintenance phase.  I look at it as will stop when I stop and will be happy with it.  I am already better off, and feeling 100 times better.
